Senior & caregiver services
Practical help for staying at home.
Patient, plain-spoken handyman help for older homeowners — and a steady partner for the adult children and caregivers who support them.
Who we help
One home. Often three people caring for it.
Good aging-in-place help includes everyone at the table. We're comfortable with family calls, shared lists, and being present together.
Older homeowners
Stay comfortable and confident in the home you know. We handle the physical to-do list — steadily, patiently, and without rushing you.
Adult children
Worried about Mom's stairs or Dad's tub? You can schedule, be present by phone or in person, and get a clear summary of what was done.
Caregivers & care managers
We're the practical, non-medical pair of hands for your care plan — the home fixes that make the plan actually work at home.
Small changes, everyday confidence
Make everyday spaces easier to use.
A secure grab bar. A handle that's easier to turn. A shelf that puts frequently used items within reach. Thoughtful changes can make a familiar home more comfortable.
- Grab bars anchored into real backing — baths, showers, toilets
- Better lighting on the paths used at night
- Lever handles and easier-turn knobs for arthritic hands
- Shelving and storage moved to reachable heights
- Throw rugs, cords, and thresholds addressed as trip hazards
- Handrails and banisters checked and re-secured
- Sticking doors fixed so walkers and canes pass easily
- House numbers and entry lights made clearly visible

How we work with families
No rush. No jargon. No pressure.
Everyone is welcome at the visit.
Adult children, relatives, neighbors, aides — if it helps, we'd rather more people in the conversation, not fewer.
We explain in plain words.
You'll hear what we're doing, why, and what it costs before work begins. If a job needs a licensed specialist or a clinical opinion, we say so plainly.
Families get a clear recap.
When an adult child or care manager is coordinating from a distance, we're glad to summarize what was done and what to keep an eye on.
We know our lane.
We are a handyman service, not a medical or clinical provider. We don't perform assessments or give medical advice — we do the skilled home side of your plan.
Questions families ask
Good things to know before we start.
Can someone else be with me during the visit?
Absolutely. Many visits include an adult child, a relative, a neighbor, or a caregiver. We're glad to walk through the list with anyone you'd like present, and to coordinate details with them too.
Is my project too small?
No. Small jobs are most of our work. A single loose handle or one shelf is a perfectly good reason to call. We'd rather fix it properly now than watch it become a bigger repair later.
Do you provide emergency or medical services?
No. We are a handyman service, not an emergency or medical provider. For urgent safety or medical needs, contact your care provider or 911. For non-urgent home fixes, we'll schedule a visit that works for you.
How does pricing work?
We explain pricing before work begins. For a list of small jobs, we review the list with you, agree on the scope, and give you a clear price before anything starts. No surprise charges.
Less on your list. More time to enjoy home.
Every house has a list — unfinished jobs, things that catch, trim that needs attention. Start with what matters most, and we'll help make a practical plan.
